About

👋

I’m a multi-award winning Global ECD, based in Los Angeles, having moved from London in 2023.

The first 20+ years of my career were spent honing my skills at the best agencies in London, from independents to global networks such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis, FCB, DDB Adam & Eve and Wunderman Thompson.

A writer by background, I also have a keen visual eye, having directed commercials over many years of my career, including ones I ideated. I’ve also written and directed short films which were selected to screen at International Film Festivals.

I’ve won a plethora of awards both for my own work and for work I’ve led a team to create. I’ve also proudly collected various accolades, including Campaign & Creative Equals ‘30 Creative Trailblazers’, The Dots ‘100 Trailblazers’, Young Creative Council’s ‘Badass Gal’, Pitch Magazine’s ‘Superwoman’, the 40 Over Forty list and ‘Top 100 Role Model Women Executives’.

I'm regularly invited as a guest on podcasts and to speak at events such as Creative Equals Rise, IAA’s Global Conference and Women of the World Festival. I’ve also been a jury member or chair for all the top creative award shows, including the highly prestigious One Show and Cannes Lions.

I have a vision to drive positive change through disruptive solutions, both within and beyond advertising. I’m innately curious and lead by example when it comes to embracing AI, getting hands on with the latest tools to create my own Gen AI short films and hosting regular creative and AI sessions with my global creative team.

People who’ve worked with me describe me as having crystal clear strategic vision, able to get the best out of creative teams with a calm, focused approach, driven by the pursuit and joy of great ideas and craft.

On the edges of my career I’ve co-curated two exhibitions (There’s a Good Girl and There’s a Good Immigrant) both of which received wide-ranging press attention, including The Independent, BBC London Radio, Style magazine, Campaign and more.

In 2015, I founded the popular, non-profit, event Good Girls Eat Dinner. The mission is simple: to provide visible female role models across the creative industries. I’ve hosted Good Girls Eat Dinner events in numerous places from the top of the Gherkin building and The Shard, in London, to the Brandtech beach at the Cannes Lions Festival.

In 2022 I launched a take-out version, AKA Good Girls Eat Dinner, The Podcast.
