In 2014, while I was a creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi, I was asked to give a talk about being a female creative director. Rather than preach to the converted, I wanted to reach a wider audience - including those who may doubt how creative women can be, so I created and co-curated an exhibition to celebrate female creativity. There’s a Good Girl was the first all-women exhibition (The Saatchi Gallery did their first all-female exhibition a year later). Twenty incredible artists took part, including Alison Jackson, Pam Glew, Hattie Stewart and Sara Pope. It attracted widespread press attention within the advertising industry and beyond, including this double-page spread in The Independent.
